Came here because of their internet-advertised "$1 pays first month's rent. If it sounds like it's too good to be true, it's because it is. Although I guess "$53.48 pays first month's rent" doesn't have the same appeal to it.
The actual costs are more like $1 for rent, $18 for their lock they require you to purchase, $11 for their insurance they require you to purchase, and about $20 for an application fee.
The unit itself was fine. Not anything to write home about (or on Yelp, as it were), but about what you'd expect at a relatively-inexpensive storage place.
Another semi-annoying thing is that the office is open until 6pm. So if you are wanting to borrow carts to help move your stuff, those have to be returned by 6pm. Access to the units remains open until 9pm.
The bait-and-switch pricing was very annoying though and I certainly would look elsewhere before coming back here.
