This company has no idea how to be a business and I am total surprised that people would still allow this company to manage there properties. There staff is very unprofessional the have no idea how to treat the tenants so i could imaging how the treat the people who own the properties.... wait I am sure they sugar coat things with the owners.... Well let me tell you I have lived at the same property for 3 years and until they changed names and lost one of there best property managers this place has sucked..... they like to tell people at the end of the year who pay there rent by the 2nd or 3 rd no later ( and I have proof of this with receipts) that since July they have had a late charge and 3 days before Christmas and 1 week before rent is due that you owe this large amount since July ...WHAT IS THAT ABOUT.....people not knowing there job and then when you call to talk about all you are told is to calm down....REALLY.....and almost 1 year ago I had a leak in a bathroom a gentlemen came and fixed said I will be back in like 3 days but never came back..... then my fridge and stove had problems and they keep sending a Spanish guy over and i don't speak Spanish and he do sent speak English DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM.... WHY CANT THEY.... If you are looking to rent or have someone manage your property keep looking because this is not the place...... and there new address is 5115 S. Dectaur BLVD ste 200.....They have moved so much and changed there name but you are not fooling no one same sorry no people skill having people...... REALLY .........
