What a nightmare. I have been on the phone for going over 20 minutes to place a simple order. One arrangement and one box of candy. I have had to give my information over 5 times because the machine could not understand me. The woman who took over the call was almost as bad as the machine. I actually have gray hair from trying to place this order. I will never ever use them again.
