So very disappointed with this location. I miss the old patels off Grand Canyon and flamingo. This new location does not have the same staff (or at least every time I go). I went twice and had the same lady do my eyebrows. I never let someone who hasn't done my eyebrows before do my upper lip. Normally I do feel any pain but k really was after my visit to this location. The older lady who has the second chair has not been my favorite experience. I am extremely sad because I have had a gift certificate since last year and I have no interest in returning. Pretty sad the precious ladies from the old location are not there.
