By FAR the best plumbing company we've come across in the last 20 years! Our hot water heater went out just before the 4th of July holiday (isn't that always the way!!) Saul Jimenez, from MC Plumbing, came out to access the situation on Thursday. He said he'd have to call our property manager for approve a replacement, see if the heater was under warranty, etc...etc. :-/ I was convinced it would be another 5+ day process. He called our property manager while he was in our driveway! To get a jump start, he drained the heater before leaving so IF approval went through quickly, we could save 30-45 mins before installing the new heater. M.C. squeezed us into a short, 1 hour time slot they had available. He worked his #ss off and completed it before we had to leave for work AND saved us from being without water for the holiday. He ROCKS! ~ PS: We've recently purchased a home and will be taking their business card with us for ALL future plumbing services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
