I stopped at this store after being jacked around by the t mobile on Silverado and bermuda. So I stopped reluctantly because Verizon signal wasn't cutting it and on a side by side test, t-mobile won hands down. But the experience at the other t mobile store DE suaded me from changing. Then my wife was stranded on the freeway and her phone wouldn't call or text out. But I was pleasently surprised by the staff at this store. I'm very happy with my t-mobile. ..
