After a 7 year wonderful relationship with Dr. Nava.....suddenly things took a turn for the worse this year regarding their staff. Again - I repeat Dr. Nava was one of the best doctors I have ever had. My concern is that his staff is not serving the Doctor's best interest when fielding phone calls and addressing patient's concerns.
