I won't be returning. I had a pretty disgraceful experience the other night when I went to get a manicure. I walked in at 5 PM and when I saw that the place was empty I should have left then and there. They directed me to sit with the woman who was going to be my manicurist and she was unpleasant from the beginning.
She tried to convince me to get a gel manicure and insinuated that I was foolish for wanting a regular manicure instead. She actually said my regular manicure would chip within a day or two. I probably should have left again at this point.
During my manicure I was made to feel bad when I asked her to trim my nail length, and I was made to feel even worse when I asked her to shape my nails round instead of square.
She made me bleed while trimming my cuticles, did not apologize, and then without my permission put some sort of horrible stinging solution on my finger. Three days later I have an infection and I guess I'm going to have to go to med express to get it lacerated and drained.
