Color was fine first visit. Second visit I had a work conflict in schedule so I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule and the receptionist would not reschedule me for 6 weeks. No offer to schedule me for another stylist on staff. Just rude response of "well you should come in tomorrow for your appointment". Worst customer service I've had from a salon in many years.
