I went in recently for winter tires for a Honda. They had none in stock. Imagine going to McDonalds and they are out of burgers! Seriously? Settled for two all season radials instead and wait 60 minutes to install two tires. The call me and inform me my air filter is a little dirty and begin to up sell. I ask who authorized you to go under the hood when all I requested was to install two tires. Never again. Tactics like this are not in the best interest of the customer.
