I've been through this car wash multiple times. This last time when I came out my side view mirrors were flipped back and there were fine scratches all over the mirrors. The 2 guys working there were helpful and took down my information to be contacted by the manager. This never happened. I didn't demand anything free or expect to get anything but I did expect to have a manager be respectful and attentive to my issue. Unfortunately this was not the case. It's been over a week and still no call.
