Let's start from the beginning. I was happy with my purchase and Rod the saleperson was not pushy. Few days later, I realized I had forgotten to take my CDs and an expensive pair of Revo sunglasses with me during the trade in. I went to the dealership and spoke with Rod, he promised he would call me back the next day to retrieve those items. Never heard from him again. About two weeks after driving my new car, I realized the rear speaker was blown. I contacted the service department and they said to stop by the dealership the following day, and they would take care of the speaker. I went in the following day, at first it was going to be about 2 hours. It took them 4 1/2 hours to replace the speaker. After getting my car back, I realize the speaker is still blown. Rather than wasting my time, I took it to Audio Express which I had excellent experience with in the past. They replaced the speakers in less than 1 1/2 hour. The corner of my hood, I noticed the paint is peeling already. I took it to a bodyshop rather than dealing with these people. I am happy with my new car, but felt they could have done more to earn my business. I will only go back for things that are under warranty, otherwise I would take my business else where.
