So after my initial review, I updated and truly appreciated the reach out from Dr. Wu. Because my regular dentist was not available for over a week for my root canal and crown I decided to give them another shot because I really needed the work done. Dr. Peoples (?) was fantastic. I had a difficult canal, calcified or an extra something or the other, so I appreciate the effort that he set forth in making sure the procedure was done correctly. He followed up with a call later that evening, but I was too out of it to respond. Turns out those sedation pills (I only took 1!!) really do put you out. I came back a few days later for the permanent crown and he went over the details of the procedure. He and his assistant made sure the crown fit perfectly by removing every last bit of cement from the temp crown. It seems so silly to mention this little detail, but if you've ever had a crown done, you'll know that it could be super uncomfortable, besides a little swelling in the gums, it fit like a glove. Dr. Wu also followed up with me via email and phone, which she didn't have to, but made the effort to reach out and make sure that I was taken care of. I have decided to continue seeing the dentists at this office and look forward to updating my reviews.
