The food was incredibly bad. My family came to the foodtruck event at Queen Creek Library, and three of us ate here. The menu claimed that the dishes were served with coconut rice & seaweed salad. I got neither of that. I ordered spicy peanut noodles, the noodles were crunchy and completely inedible, the vegetables had the texture of something that had definitely been frozen, and to top it off, they poured store bought sauce on top. I ended up throwing away the entire meal with only a couple of bites out of it due to the retched texture and taste. They topped it with two tiny pieces of fruit, not even a third of an orange slice and maybe a sixth of a pineapple slice - both were unripe, and the pineapple was so underripe that biting into it, it was rock hard and completely bitter. I tried to add in the hoisin sauce after a few bites, but even that couldn't make it any more bearable. I requested my family members try it as well to make sure I wasn't the only one, and they also agreed it was inedible. Two of my family members also ordered the steam buns, the coconut rice was literally just mush, it had an awful texture and was almost like eating soggy bread. Overall not a good taste. The seaweed salad was our favorite aspect of the meal. The steam buns themselves resembled a frozen food as the meat was only a small glob in the middle and they were definitely NOT the best steam buns we'd ever had. Definitely would take the Costco ready-made or several other ones over these any day.
