This office is full of unfriendly, rude and unhelpful staff (Valerie, Adrianne) that seems to be clueless and careless about health insurance and basic medical needs. Very disorganized and they blame everything that goes wrong on one another rather than just fixing the problem when it's brought to their attention. They also never answer their phone. It would ring 10-15 times every time I called. I found this place to be absolutely horrible and I quickly found a new PCP elsewhere. I believe most of these reviews were written by friends and family of the employees. This is not a place to trust with your medical needs. Check out all the negatives reviews at the bottom of the page that says, "reviews not currently recommended." Update 5/30/2016: received a bill for $2.24 this week. My first and last appt was July 2015. Seriously, the billing department lacks any intelligence as well! I definitely give your office props for taking time to mess around with my paid in full account to come up with a random bill 10 months after my appt, but only a few months after my yelp review. It is well worth $2.24 to have shared my experience on yelp with this run down office so no one else has to go through what I went through. My bill also said 120+ days overdue. Well, of course it was since you generated and sent me the "first and final" bill 312 days after my appt!!
