I called ahead of time to ask if there was a wait to get my dogs nails trimmed, lady says no. I get there, there's 3 people. 2 cutting dogs hair, and 1 trimming. The one girl trimming, Sarah, was not even a foot away and doesn't even acknowledge us. Mind you, it's me and my boyfriend, our puppy and our baby so she obviously heard and saw us. We waited for about 5 minutes without any kind of welcoming or "we'll be right with you". Finally my boyfriend spoke up and asked "Is there a wait?" She said "no, let me finish this dog". I've never felt such crappy customer service. I work at a bar and we always say hello when people walk in and up to the bar. 3 people and not one person says anything? Mind you, it's a small area. So she takes belle (our puppy), we tell her nails cut and grinded. We go look around while she's getting nails done, and maybe 4 minutes later, they say she's ready. Wow! That was fast. My boyfriend checks her nails and they're literally still long, grinded but not cut. At this point we just want to get out of there. Their employees are horrible and should learn customer service. We usually go to the one on lake mead and rainbow and will continue to stay with that one cause this one sucked.
