Another Update, really hate having to do but this place is just falling apart and it is so sad to see what is happening. So much potential but so little concern. It is now June 20 and the men's steam room is still is disrepair. There must be an AZ Statute that covers the failure of an HOA to maintain the property. Anyway this is just another item that seems it will be 2019 before it ever gets fixed. I now have seen about 5 more trees die and they recently trimmed a lot of them but OMG do they even know what they are doing. The cuts are extreme and can only lead to future failure in growth and the potential for broken limbs and such, watch out cars. I've added a couple of pics some which are pics of old ones but you can see the deterioration. The parking lot is now showing signs of future potholes and gate hinges are a rusting out. The exercise room is a bit too warm sometimes exceeding 80 degrees. Update April 2018 As usual this place is still the worst at taking care of the property and making sure everything is in working order. It is now 5 months and the men's steam is not working, totally unacceptable for the high rents and association fees you pay here. There are better places along Grove Parkway so check them out also before making your decision. Once again I need to let potential buyers know they are paying into a place that does not maintain the property without repeated delays in fixing broken gym equipment or anything for that matter. It took more the year to fix the treadmill, a year or more to fix the TV's in the gym, plants are continuing to die but nothing is done to replace them, wonder where all the water is going for them since I continue to see wet spots where the old plants where. After a year they finally fixed the hole in the wall in the men's sauna area, urinal to be exact. The groundskeeper is totally useless as there is a continual stream of leaves and debris left behind even after they were just there. Lights still are out around the complex but not replaced and all this for a wonderful fee of $151 per month for association fees, oh wait I just got a letter that is going up to $163 per month. I wonder what king of expenses the home owners are paying for that can only be attributed to maintenance of the rental units. No explanation, just a budget attached but no way to verify that these expenses are real or not. I realize $12 seems to be small amount but I would like to know where my money is going and what is the reason that it takes a year or more for repairs. Right now the steam room is not working and it's been a couple of months, is this going to take a year.
