Honestly I would not even give them 1 star. I dropped off my wedding dress to be steamed to get out the wrinkles a couple days ago. I was called today and told that my gown smelled and they asked if I wanted it cleaned. I said no and that I would evaluate the "smell" upon pickup. Upon arriving there the gown smelled fine and I proceeded to take it home. It was not properly hung on the hanger but luckily I caught the gown before it fell on the parking lot ground. I drove home and took out the dress to examine it which was when I noticed that the bottom was very wrinkled and clearly the steaming service had never been provided. I called the business and spoke with the manager and owner and the owner basically called me a liar saying that she saw her worker personally iron/steam the dress. She asked me to bring the dress back and unfortunately with my wedding in less than 2 days I do not have time nor at this point do I want them doing anything to my dress. I did take pictures and asked the owner if I could send them to her however she dismissed me. She continued to deny my request for a refund and I finally told her that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. In response to this, she cursed at me and hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional and a total scam. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
