"Public storage" seemed like a popular and reputable name right? DON'T BE FOOLED AS I WAS!
I reserved online and got a follow up phone call confirming my reservation. All seemed fine until the day I moved in they did not have the unit I reserved nor anything in the price range I reserved. The general manager is a robot and has no customer service skills what-so-ever. She would not work with me seeing as i got the short end of the deal. She acted like she didnt care and it wasnt her problem. Seeing as I was to move in right then and there, I had no choice but to let them rip me off. I called customer service and got the number for the general manager's superior. RONALD MUNZ 702-259-0786 neglected to return two of my voice messages, so clearly customer service is unimportant to the entire company. I will be moving out of this horrible property on the 10th of the month. When I called to get the prorated amount I should pay for the month, the general manager told me it doesn't matter when I move out, I still have to pay for a full month. So they ripped me off when I got there and they're even ripping me off as I'm leaving!
By the way, the only other person who has written a review and left tips here on yelp happens to be the name of the general manager. Interesting.....
