Here I am at 11am on a Wednesday, next to a sign that says they should be open now. Not a soul in sight. I don't know what's with smoke shops in Nevada. I've yet to find one decent smoke shop in Vegas, which is surprising because it's VEGAS... doesn't make sense to me.
