I have a Samsung Washing machine less than 3 months old. It is under warranty. Untied Appliance has been out 3 times and unsuccessfully repaired it. The Tech said it was now a maintenance issue. I have done everything the tech said, ran self clean cycle, he placed the drum inside unit. Now he won;t say it is unrepairable so I can get a new machine. I think this company might be connected to Samsung and getting$$$ because the repair man did nothing to fix machine and then lied about it..
