The Arizona Market President, John Mistler, is completely unprofessional. As a business owner, customer service is a top priority. My company has a business loan with Stearns, and has never been late nor asks for special accommodations.
John Mistler has been rude, forceful, and threatened to terminate our loan if I don't give him current financial statements for 2011. I've only had the loan for three months, and he's demanding five legal documents. I'd supplied dozens of documents, credit reports, bank statements, tax papers, and more, to qualify for the loan.
My commercial realtor stated that Mr. Mistler's behavior is nothing short of unprofessional and rude too. I recommend anyone avoid Stearns Bank because of Mr. Mistler.
