I called Massive Auto Collision about my car window that wouldn't go up. Despite being booked up, they were empathetic to my situation of having an open window in winter. They quoted me possible best and worst case scenarios and looked at the car within minutes of my arrival. I was expecting a temporary patch job but was pleasantly surprised to have the window function restored within 20mins, despite a broken part. The staff were courteous and professional to all customers who came in. There was a strong sense of pride of workmanship. I would highly recommend Massive Auto Collision and they will be my first choice for future body shop work.
