Ah this made me sad to come here. I worked here when it was O'Neil's back in the day (late 80s) when I went to Kent State. It was a nice little department store then. It has sadly seen little renovation since and the surrounding plaza is just dismal. No stores left, Macy's is an island in the ruins. Service was nothing like it was with O'Neil's either, but I guess that is not to be expected anywhere but Nordstroms or Neiman's anymore. The west coast stores are much nicer. :(
