these folks are awesome! theyre a small family run business that has wonderful customer service! we've had two service calls from them so far. the first one was a regular septic visit but during the servicing, they found an obstructed connection in our underground plumbing (gross), and snaked it out on the spot. no charge! we didnt even realize that the obstruction was what was causing our slow plumbing! the other service call happened when we had a serious problem with our riser (the tube that goes from the septic tank to the surface to access the system.) the previous owners had used a metal barrel, cut off both ends, and sunk it into the ground as the riser! on top of that he made a large, heavy concrete "lid" to access the tank. az septic explained the issue and how the concrete lid was slowly and over time, crushing in the barrel riser. we were freaked out! (we're not very septic savvy) they fit us in for an appt very quickly and brought in a backhoe and a new (appropriate), riser and had the whole thing replaced in no time. they cleaned up after themselves and charged us a very resonable price. the customer service was great on the phone too. they were very communicative throughout the process. i would highly recommend them. they really seem like they care about thier reputation and want to provide a good service!
