Worst service EVER! My home warrenty company sent them out for a clogged bath tub drain. They sent a plumber out to my house with "no drain equipment " NOT EVEN A SNAKE! This plumber was scheduled through pruitts plumbing.. He complained that he didnt want to work on a Saturday and questioned my schedule as to why I wasn't available during the week? Really? So he tells me the other plumber who has the drain equipment on his truck will be back in an hour or two. I wait 2 hours. Call pruitts they have no clue why that man would tell me the other guy would come here. Because that guy also does not have the equipment on his truck. So ive been sitting here waiting for no reason. Ive been here waiting since 8am. Its currently 11:30. They now want me to be available this EVENING for the on call plumber. Sometime after THREE PM! And my drain is in pieces! So now I am waiting for a different company because there is no way I ever want pruitts in my house ever again. I missed a funeral this afternoon because of all of this! A clogged drain? I Definitely DO NOT recommend this company at all. I work in customer service and Im not a fan of complaining about anyone but this was unacceptable!
