As I told them, the initial visit was great, and the outcome was too, but for two years in between, I had no idea if they were on the same page as me! But the outcome was positive, so I am not sure if it was me being prepared, or their expertise. I also did not meet the actual lawyer until one week before the hearing! But, I think that is the way it works.
