I rent a 1 bedroom apartment for my son starting in Feb 2012. He recently moved out at the end of his lease on Feb 28 2015. I don't think he cleaned the apartment up to their standards but as of Aril 11th, 2015 I have not received an itemization on any charges nor a refund of any amount.
I have called the complex 4 times and they said they would mail the statement of the address i provided on my notice letter. I confirmed the address but still nothing. The last two times i called ask for the manager but they are never available nor do they return calls.
So to date I still don't have my $500 deposit back or an explanation as to any charges that were applied to reduce this amount.
You would expect after living in a complex for 3 years that they would have enough respect to return phone calls or at a minimum to mail the deposit check or explanation in a timely manner.
it seems like another complex trying to take advantage of college students.
This is a nice complex with great amenities but thoroughly disappointed on how I have been treated since my son moved out.
