We had an amazing experience with Tyler Jack and his crew. We were about to put our house on the market but we had some roof damage due to a storm so we had Tyler come and look at the roof. Initially the insurance company was only willing to replace the section of the roof that was damaged, about $700.00 worth, but then Tyler discovered that there was a layer of organic shingles underneath the top layer. Apparently you cannot put new shingles on top of organic shingles as they will break apart and crumble. When Tyler brought this to the insurance adjusters attention we ended up getting the entire roof replaced with no out of pocket cost. We were so thankful for Tyler's product knowledge and professionalism. Our house sold within 3 weeks and looked great with a new roof.
