I called Silverstate out for having no heat ... The service tech Robert T. Looked at my heating system his review stated that I needed a whole new unit ... Totaling $5,900.00 ... Well I wanted a second opinion . So I called out another person and he did the same check and told me that it was only dirty contacts.. He cleaned them and I is now working perfect . So in a nut shell I went from a $5,900.00 job to a simple hand shake . That cost me nothing . He tried to sell me a unit I never needed !!!! BOO ON YOU !!!
