Terrible!!! I would give these people zero stars if it were an option!! Why on earth would Amazon work with such an unreliable company? Beyond me. I'm an Amazon Prime customer and have ordered the same item two days in a row (because the first item was never delivered) and again, second shipment, second delivery notice and STILL no item! Where is my package?! Amazon says they give them until midnight to deliver the item (midnight)! Called On Trac myself and no one returns your call. If this is my only option for same day delivery from Amazon I might have to rethink my purchases. Get it together over there! Update August 6th, 2015: 3rd ordered in 3 days placed with Amazon prime for same day delivery and 3rd order that has not been delivered. Unreal. Spent 46 minutes on the phone with Amazon pleading with them to use another carrier. My only option at this point? Sit around and wait and hope that my package eventually shows up. Was told that in Phoenix if you order same day or next day delivery you have a 90% chance of your package being assigned to On Trac for delivery. I'm beyond livid. Amazon use another carrier already!!!!
