While this location had some definite wrinkles to smooth out in the first few months after opening, they have stepped up admirably. Twice in a row we have received excellent service.
I have food allergies, and from just a quick note on my online order they changed all their gloves and utensils before preparing my food. How do I know this? Because the manager took the time to tell me when I picked up the order. Kudos to them for listening to a customer's need/concern and then going the extra mile to accommodate. Other locations I just kindof have to hope that they cared enough to do that.
I have never had to wait for my order (I always order online, I do recommend that for in-and-out pickup). I haven't ever received food cold as mentioned in other reviews, even when they had just opened.
The food itself is consistently just as great as the several other locations I've been to in the valley. So glad to have a Chipolte in Laveen!
