I give this place three stars. I am a middle aged woman so for starters I wanted a middle aged woman who understands my body is changing. I found Sherita Williams here and she is WONDERFUL! I am not use to the office window where receptionists usually check you in as you arrive being closed off and not being used. The new 2016 method now is a laptop notebook being held in the arms of babes that check you in as a sitting waiting room of people listen to your private matter. I really don't get the scheduling office being shut down and you can only call in to find out you are not allowed to speak to a doctor or get any blood work results mailed to you I guess I am still old fashion. But the days of computer technology feels very cold. I would much prefer a person to check me in at the counter and a way to talk to my doctor from my couch if I need to. That's not to say I don't love Sherita and I am thrilled to have found her. She's very loving and kind and seems to really care about her patience. The only bad things I am left with to say are the damn phone systems and some body has caught on to the idea that we can make more money if we make people come in AGAIN instead of making a simple phone call. Good ole' insurance will give them more money that way. It's a shame the world has come to this because this could be a very personable place to go
