I almost walked out of BMW of Las Vegas without my dream car because of the disrespect and ineptitude of the customer service department. I read the review form another Yelper who DID walk out instead of buying the car that I ultimately bought. I now know exactly why he did that! I paid for my luxury vehicle with cash but was treated like I was trying to STEAL the F@#$%^& vehicle! They let me sit for 30 minutes at a time to get each individual piece of paper so I could get off the lot. I think they may have been printing the paperwork off of a dot matrix printer using Windows 3.11!!! I was at the dealership for 3.5 hours one night and two hours the next day for a CASH DEAL!!! The only part of my experience that was positive was my salesperson Paul. He was awesome but I felt bad for him because the customer service department had him running around like a chicken with it's head cut off sorting out the paperwork. For the amount of money I spent I had probably one of the WORST consumer experiences of my life. I don't think this dealership gives a s$@# about repeat business and it shows!!! Who treats a cash customer like that? ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT!!
