Wouldn't buy another Lennar home in the future. While it's great to have everything included the quality of the work sucks from all the trades they use. From the plumber, the flooring company, granite company and electrician. The community has had so many plumbing issues from pipes bursting in the kitchen, to ceilings falling in the master bedroom, backed up sewer lines. The flooring company they use don't put grout under the cabinets, their painters are horrible, they'll paint just to paint without matching the colors, the warranty trades are just as bad, they're rude and sloppy work. It's horrible. The electrical outlet was installed In the wrong wall according to their plans. They will cut corners just to fix the problem just to get it off their list of things to fix. The process of buying a home through this builder was painful. The loan officer they referred us to get the loan done was incompetent and useless. Do your own due diligence before buying. My niece bought a home at century and had not as much problems and issues that we have except for minor touch ups.
