I find it quite ridiculous when you are asked for at least $40 for an oil change, and then they tried to convince me into getting the Full Synthetic oil for my car, when there is no reason for my car to have synthetic oil at all. I know my car, and it's rude for the guys to not think otherwise. I know what they're doing, "she's a girl, let's talk BS and try to charge her more". Um, no. I'll go down the street for a $20 oil change, and it does the job. I'll change it myself if I had the time, but I definitely wasted time here. There's no way in hell I am paying $120 for an oil change (that they suggested). When I declined, I found out they already dropped my oil, and just filled it up for me without any charge. While I appreciate it, I don't appreciate the fact that they assumed I would pay that outrageous price. Even the other people inside asked the price of an oil change and walked out when I told them. It's ridiculous. The crew, while nice, again, I don't believe they thought I knew what I was talking about. I hate when auto places try to rip you off because you're a girl. They talk to you so differently than a man, which I've noticed in the lobby... Nevertheless, I won't be going here again.
