This company MUST NOT NEED BUSINESS! I had purchased a Living Social Coupon for a town car service. On 2 seperate occasions I have emailed 4 times & called this company 3 times (with voicemail messages left) to try and make reservations. On both occasions & to date I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL OR EMAIL back from this company. They must not need business. I will be calling Living Social and asking for a full refund & making them aware of the lack of fulfillment from this merchant. It is unfortunate that the customer service for Xavier Limo is so terrible seems as if they are throwing away many opportunities based off of the online reviews. HOW CAN YOU DEPEND ON TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IF THEY CAN NOT EVEN REPLY IN A TIMELY MANNER??? Eek!!! Krisi
