I would have given it a 5 star if I would have been treated a little better. I know I was using a EBT card but being a single mom and trying to feed her child and herself sometimes she has to ask for help. I went there today September 28 2016 and I bought only $40 worth of food. I had a $5.95 gift card and $10 cash plus my EBT of $49.75. That should have covered the entire cost of my food. Instead the machine kept saying non useful tender. The cashier got a little frazzled and asked if I had any other payment. The only other cash I had was my daughter's birthday money which I had to use because their machine was not accepting my EBT. So I use the cash and I asked for a manager and moved to the side so other customers can be helped. I realized why after the fact the EBT wasn't working because of a fresh-made sandwich. Now if I was given patience and time and understanding by the employees of the Sprouts we would have figured this out and I could have got my daughter's birthday money back but instead I got well it could be the EBT card itself. I said no it can't be but okay that's annoying and I left and I started crying because now I'm short my daughter's birthday money and they didn't even give a s***. I feel as if those who use ebt are treated differenly. Its unfair
