I'm so disappointed in Ray. Three years ago, I really thought he was a great guy and an even better contractor. So I recommended him to my clients who are trying to sell their home, and was shocked to learn he never showed up for their arranged appointment. He also didn't answer their "where-are-you?" phone calls. However, my clients are the forgiving sort, so when Ray finally called them a few days later to apologize and reschedule, they decided to give him another chance and set up a second appointment. Unbelievably, Ray didn't show up for that appointment either! He didn't even call to cancel or give a reason. Regretfully, I can't in good conscience recommend Ray to anyone else or on Yelp.
