I went to Husband's after having a bad experience with a mobile mechanic. Dale empathized with me, reaffirming that there are a lot of dishonest mechanics, but that Husband's was not like that, but just the opposite. Not only did Dale and the rest of the guys fix the problem in no time, they also repaired my car door at no extra charge. I left afar paying and thanking them for their time, but then stopped immediately down the street. I had forgotten my alternator to return for a core refund. Saving $25 after spending hundreds to get your car fixed is a big deal. I had mentioned that I wanted to keep my part for exactly that purpose. I raced back, thinking they had kept the part to restore and resell themselves. I raced up to the counter, almost like I was trying my best to catch them in the act. It turns out they left it on the floor of the car on the passenger's side. I will never go to another repair shop again if I can help it. Husband's: thank you for not only saying that you have integrity and honesty, but for actually living it out.
