WARNING: Good Moving, LLC. is a Rip Off. Do not use these Movers! I was told their rates of $39/hour for 2 movers on the phone and they showed up asking $69/hour. In the fine print, the same number of hours spent moving at the starting destination is also charged at the end destination even if it is just a fraction of the time. We were also charged with items not disclosed on the phone when they showed up at our house on the afternoon of move out. We had no choice but to go through with it since we had to be out of our place. To make is worse, THEY ADDED ITEMS ON THE INVOICE AFTER OUR SIGNATURE, such as a $50 wrapping plastic fee; and $50 mileage fee, + a 22% gas charge on the total, when we were already billed for the Trip Charge. This was hand written in when they arrived at our new place and after they told us that they will not unload our furniture and leave with it unless the full amount was paid in cash. THEY HELD OUR FURNITURE HOSTAGE! They damaged and ripped our new $3,000 sectional couch. Their Google number advertised on Craigslist, show contact info, is not picking up and the voicemail is full, probably from complaints. Their office number on the invoice always clicks over to a busy tone show contact info . Do yourselves a favor if you do not want to get ripped off and stay away from these con artists. I am planing on taking them to Small Claims Court. I would not trust the positive reviews as they may be solicited or from friends. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
