I've been to KTR half a dozen times and I've finally, finally learned to never go back. It starts with the ridiculous registration and check-in process, and ended twice with kids in the ER.
** Bullying is a big, HUGE problem - unless you're a "member", then there's no problem if you're the bully. I talked with management and staff on several different visits - there are absolutely no consequences which makes this a systemic problem .
If there is anything "opposite" the Golden Rule - that seems to be the rules they live by. We've been to other similar establishments in the Valley and NEVER had these types of institutionalized problems.
Spend your time and money someplace that puts Safety for your children first.
