Horrible. Line was incredibly long, but that's not unusual at Starbucks.
Huge sign touting that they now had the Midnight Mocha Mint Frappuccino. Since I came for a Mocha Frap anyway, thought I'd try this new flavor. "Ah, nah, we ran out of that stuff." This is what I was told, as one of the "baristas" called out down the line asking what everyone wanted ("You - what do YOU want? And YOU? And YOU?") So I ordered a Mocha.
When I get up to the cash register, he tells me he can make me a small one. "I found enough to make you just a small one, you know." Uh, no thanks. Then he takes forever to make my Mocha, serving others ahead of me -- all ready to spray with whipped cream when I requested none. Good thing I caught him in the act.
Avoid this Starbucks. Horrible!
