well, I know roy from previous stops at the store though never bought anything from the store.
he was nice, polite and good listener. in any store, good effort brings good commitment, which follow by good passion which in the end brings good result.
it obvious roy is successful and yes I think he trickles it to the customers as well.
I have mini reunion with some high school mates, my watch didn't work, it is too late, I called and say I'm stopping by to buy a watch.
I came by and the watches that I depicted over the phone were on the table waiting for me.
I took one that I like and it was perfect for the event.
but I didn't like the wrist and it bothers me, I called the following day, and roy just told me to choose different one no question ask.
making money is art, ... working hard is art but good business is the best art and it's not on the back of the customers.
sometimes you can be a rainbow in someone else cloud, which is what Gold and Beyond doing daily.
