We have bought numerous furniture pieces here and cannot believe the negative reviews. We have had our custom sofa since 2005 and it still looks new to this day. We have a rocker recliner and a chair with a footstool both chairs were manufactured by Fjord. I had some problems with the recliner and the service department sent someone out very quickly to resolve the problem. The sales experience we thoroughly enjoyed thanks to Chrissy...she was so informative, knowledgeable, and patient! She walked us thru the process and thanks to the large stock in showroom we found and purchased exactly what we wanted. We referred several of our friends and those who bought remain 100% satisfied.
