Disorganized coffee shop. They prioritize drinks by complexity and not by orders. No, I'm not talking about those who order via App and simply stop. For example, I order latte, following three customers order coffee and pastries each. They receive full orders while I wait until my drink is made. Maybe they are understaffed however manager should be able to see peak times are schedule accordingly? Oh, a 'thank you' or 'have a good day' should also come out of their mouths when order is complete.
