Looked around the Phoenix area for an AC company. I own a few properties there and live in Las Vegas. Anyhow I was referred from my cousin who states that this is the best AC company in the industry so I figured I would give them a try despite some negative reviews. I called into the office and spoke to I believe a Veronica who was very nice and pleasant. Quite different from the other AC companies I tried as those companies answered the phone like a pizza shop (This is Howard Air) and were extremely unprofessional. I explained to Veronica that I own a few properties that I rent out in Phoenix and needed tune ups. She walked me through the entire process and I told her that I needed a solid time frame as I was coming in to get my units tuned up and leave. She locked me in for the first house from 8-10am and the second house from 10-12pm. My appt date was 9/15 as I showed up to my house at 8:30am (we all know businesses like this are never on time with time windows) I see a Goettl Truck parked in front of my house. I must say I was shocked as most companies if you are not home will leave a knocker and leave to reschedule. I was late, however the tech was STILL THERE, HOLY HELL. I met the tech Tony G. He was very nice and presentable. When I asked him why he was still there he said "we will always wait and be there for our customers". I was so impressed at that type of service answer I had to write this long review. I noticed that at the front door he stopped to put on booties, I told him he could just come in as I have tile and it didnt matter. He preceded to tell me that is there policy and would not bend. Again, showing a bit of integrity, really don't find that anymore. He went over what he was going to do then on to the job. Came back after about an hour and a half and went over all his findings. Told me about some loose wires he fixed for free and stated that my unit was fine. This couldn't make me happier, On to the second house. Again, at the door booties come on, and off when they go out, LOVE THIS SHIT. Second unit was a little more tricky as a blower motor was out. Of course my unit was bought in the 1800s and the part is almost impossible to find. This was the only thing I didnt like was that he warned me he might not be able to find the part till later. He called the shop and what do you know, Some supplier way out in BFE has it. Of course I am thinking I will have to stay another day right?, NOPE. he has someone drive out to get the part and bring it over to install it. It might have taken 3 hrs, but I didnt have to stay another day as Goettl was sympathetic to my situation. The price was very reasonable and my air was working as it should. At this point I am so blown away by this company I asked if they had a maintenance plan? Of course I signed up both my houses for the next 2 years. As you can see not quite sure of other people experience to this company. This is how most service companies should be ran and I am extremely happy to have service from Goettl. Ill be back in the spring for my summer tune up.
