Negative stars? BEWARE..do not rent from them or their partner EZ car. This is a joke of a company. Their address leads to an abandoned lot. When you get the right address, it's a super shady, unmarked brick building. The employees seemed less than professional and confused. Everybody in the building renting cars were complaining about something. My ego told me I could avoid the problem, boy was I wrong. When I made the Priceline reservation, I requested an infant seat. I called a week before to confirm infant seats were there. The employee confirmed this. I came to rent the car, and they had only front facing baby seats, no infant seats. The guy at the desk told me I should go to the Walmart 5 mn away and buy one for $30, he said it would cost less than renting the seat. I agreed. Surprise! It was Labor Day. Everything, even Walmart is closed on Labor Day in Canada. I called the rental place and he referred me to the classified ads of the Montreal paper to call around for a used baby seat. The car was immediately returned, all charges refused. What a joke! By the way, the turn signal on the vehicle kept getting stuck.
