6/27/13 I am a 70 year old skeptic. I wanted my air conditioner checked to be certain it is working properly. I called this morning, the technician was here at 2:20 pm and finished in about a half hour. Joe said everything was working properly and I paid for the service call. He could have told me anything, what do I know. He was honest friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to call Carl's the next time I need repair work done on my air conditioning. Six stars!
