This place has gone to crap. The old employees from 2014 are gone and the new staff are bad. Including the Hispanic female shift manager who wears the blue shirt. I would faithfully go to this location every morning before heading to work. Not anymore! The coffee isn't anywhere near hot anymore and when getting it through drive thru the cup had coffee on the outside of the cup. My last visit was about 1.5 mths ago. I tried my coffee before driving off and like I thought, it wasn't even warm. I asked why wasn't the coffee hot anymore and got some lame excuse. I returned the cup for a new hot cup. While I was waiting on it to brew, the staff behind the counter had attitudes because I said the coffee wasn't hot enough, especially the short fat black female. I asked for my money back and used that to go across the street to Dutch Brothers. I will never return to that ghetto staffed coffee shop again.
